The 7% plots are allotted by YEIDA to farmers against their acquired land. These are very similar to 5% farmer quota or 6% farmer quota plots which were allotted in earlier in Greater Noida and Noida. These plots will be fully developed like general plots, the roads, parks sewerage system, electricity, water pipelines will be similar to general sectors. The farmer quota plots are located near village of the farmers who have allotted land to YEIDA.. . Location: The location of the plots is in Sector 25, Sector 18, Sector 20 nearby villages. The most of the plots are near Mirzapur village, Acheja Buzurg Village, Achhepur Village, Chandpur Village, Rustampur Village, Parsaul Village, Usmanpur Village, Dungarpur Village and Milak Village in Sector 18 & 20. Transfer: These plots are not transferred immediately but take maximum 2 to 3 years of time in transfer. Most of the plot owners (Farmers) have received only allotment letter from YEIDA against their land. Most of the plots and sectors don’t have maps as per today. Once the maps will be released, the development of the plots will start. After development of plots, the registry will be done. The plots can be transferred only after registry of the plot. The resale of farmer plots are done on the basis of below documents.. 1. Agreement to Sell. 2. Will. 3. GPA. 4. Dully signed Transfer Kit. Size of plots: These plots are in multiple sizes starting from 120 sq. mtr to 1000 sq.mtr.. Type of plots: These are residential plots but 50% of the area can be used for commercial purpose. Road Size: Most of the plots are on 12 meter road.. . Resale Prices of Farmer Plots: Rs. 8000 per sq meter to 20000 per sq meter..
